Plus, the flexible comfort waist expands up to 2 inches beyond whichever snap setting you’re using—giving you added flexibility and comfort.

Estimating Utility Kilt Size from Pants
If you cannot measure the person directly, measure the waistband of a pair of pants that fits them well. The actual waistband will usually measure 3–4 inches larger than the labeled jeans size, although smaller sizes may be closer to 2 inches larger.
If you cannot take any measurements, a reasonable estimate is to choose a kilt two sizes larger than their jeans size—for example, a 40-inch jeans size would suggest a size 44 kilt.
