Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Most in-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. There are no restocking fees on standard returns or exchanges, and we offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit based on your preference.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• The item must be in new, unworn condition.

• Original tags and packaging must be included.

• The item must be free from damage, alterations, odors, pet hair, or excessive wear.

Special Order Items

Special order items are custom-made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes custom tartans, special order kilts, and other made-to-order products unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Clearance Items

Clearance items may be returned; however:

• Clearance returns are subject to a restocking fee.

• Clearance items are not eligible for free exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit as quickly as possible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
