The information provided is extremely helpful in identifying connections between smaller clans or lesser known surnames with larger clans and families. However, we do not have an explanation as to why certain clans and families are connected to larger clans and families. That will be your adventure: Finding out how, when, why, etc. your clan or family ended up being connected to a larger one.
